...and allow me to introduce you to the world of Isadoraland.

Vain, perhaps, if not completely. However, the name wasn't chosen for the mere vanity more than it was for what the name represents and where the concept derived from.

A long, long time ago, I can still remember...sorry slightly digressing.

About a decade ago I had a drastic change in my life. Ok, maybe that’s dramatic, but for a teenager at the time it was drastic. I managed to move, by myself, to a different country without any form of a support network and managed to explore a world that was completely foreign. To “cultured” individuals that may not seem like a big difference, but for somebody who was raised in the deep south and the farthest they've ever moved away from home was two hours or a few states away; it was life changing.

When I first arrived to the UK, it was bittersweet. Eventually, though, I got an American flatmate, whom together, we managed to understand a little more of such foreign land.

*cue in exploring land tune*

An overload of ideas, thoughts, and connections started occurring whilst we ventured around, finding exciting new venues to hang out at and learned a bit of the local lingo along the way. So much explosion of creativity occurred that sometimes I would venture away with creativity in my mind and forget about what the conversation was.

Non-attentive? Perhaps. Dosing off in my mind became such a norm that every time I wasn't attentive to the conversation, my American flatmate would jest that I was in isadoraland. Mean? Cruel? Wrong? Not sure. Really could care less though; it was a pretty good concept. People usually go off in their own thoughts of daily activities, they forget to pay attention sometimes. Therefore, the thought of giving such creative occasion a name, seemed appropriate.

So, I present to you, not a website entirely about me, as the title suggests, but more a website of the creative influences that drive most of my creative processes. The creativity that surrounds us on a daily basis which can become a huge catalyst in our individual creative thinking. The projects that provide insight into topics not usually discussed. The list goes on and on.

Overall, the ideal is to provide positive exposure and feel good vibes with collaborative content ranging from videos to photos to some of my personal work as well. All in an effort to receive genuine feedback and understanding of the beautiful creative content that surrounds us.

This is the place you’ll mostly find me; with occasional visits to the outside world. Hopefully I've explained a little of what this site is about.

Maybe I'm being too vain. Maybe I'm not. Honestly who cares, it's just another site in the world of digital noise.
